Welcome to Uppload. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and the services we provide. By using Uppload, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Uppload ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Uppload is a content management platform that helps creators generate SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags for their videos, organize content in a vault, schedule posts, and publish to connected social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You retain all rights to the content you upload, generate, or publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring it does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or platform policies of connected social media accounts. You grant Uppload a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload or publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights; (b) attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems or another user's account; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Facebook) via their respective APIs. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these platforms. Your use of connected platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Uppload and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uppload shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us through the in-app support channels available in your account settings.
